Nicole and Matt chose the Country Villa Weddings venue for their country inspired wedding. What a perfect spot to get married! It rained. I take that back, it poured all morning and part of the afternoon but by ceremony’s time, it had cleared and we had the most lovely weather we could have asked for.
Nicole was the bride to do it all. From the pallets to the signs and everything in between, she made it all with love. Their country-inspired wedding was just a perfect blend of country and love.
How did they meet?
Nicole and Matt are best friends above all. I had the pleasure of doing their Engagement Session too, which you can find HERE, and witnessed their laughter, humor and the romance they share. I love Nicole and Matt’s love story. They met in a blind date. Matt knew, uncomfortably so, that Nicole would be at an Admirals Hockey game where their best friends were attending. Nicole was oblivious that she was being set up. They met, they got to know each other and through bonfires, outings and weekend meets, became inseparable. When he knew she was the one, his proposal included 11 letters (yes, 11!). Throughout the day, there were letters, a stop at their first date restaurant and a walk to get a “gift card”. A simple excuse to stop by a soothing fountain and propose.
